Q: Do you have a private transfer service?
A: Yes. We pick you up from the airport, your hotel, or wherever you may be, and deliver you direct to your destination.

Q: Do you have a direct non-stop transfer service?
A: Yes. This is the basis of our business. We only do non-stop transfers, delivering you straight from your pick-up spot to your destination.

Q: Is my ride/hire exclusive to me?
A: Our transport is specifically for you and your group. We don’t pick up other passengers who are outside of your group. Quick Shuttle is your exclusive transport provider.

Q: Do you offer a meet and greet service?
A: Yes. We will meet you at the airport, or other pick-up spot, with a signboard showing your group name so you know who we are.

Q: What does your signboard look like?
A: Our signboards are a white board or a special name board, with your name or your group name written on it.

Q: How much luggage space do you have?
A: If you have a large amount of luggage we can provide a trailer service.

Q: Do you do private tours?
A: Yes. Quick Shuttle love doing private tours to a range of destinations around Auckland, and just outside of the Auckland area. Our favourite would have to be Hobbiton.

Q: Do you offer a private chauffeur?
A: Yes. Our driver will be with you from the beginning to the end of your journey.

Q: Do you personalise transfers?
A: Depending on your requirements. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Do you have an airport direct service?
A: Yes, this is our most popular service. We meet you at the airport with a signboard so you know we’re there to pick you up. We then deliver you to your hotel or other destination, with no-stops in between.

Q: Do you offer private hire?
A: Yes. We can provide you and/or your group with your own personal transport and driver for the duration of your day and/or night. We will pick you up and drop you off direct to your destination.

Q: Do you offer exclusive shuttle hire?
A: Yes. You and/or your group can have your own private shuttle, with a trailer added if necessary, for any extra luggage.

Q: Is your service door-to-door?
A: Yes. We pick you up from your door, and deliver you to the door of your destination.

Q: Do you offer a direct airport transfer?
A: Yes. We will pick you up from the airport, with your name on a signboard for easy recognition, and at the end of your journey we will deliver you to the airport for your return flight.

Q: What happens after I fill in a request or booking through your website?
A: Once we have received your request/booking, we will reply as soon as possible with the best rate we can offer. This is not an automatic system; all form submissions come straight to our office email and we will reply to each booking personally.

Q: Where will you meet us for personal pick up for our large group arriving at the airport?
A: For larger group transfers, we will meet you at either Door 2 or Door 5 of the airport terminal; this makes it easy for your group members coming off different flights to locate their drivers.

Q: Where is the cruise pick-up point?
A: You need to tell us whether you will be docking, whether it’s Queens Wharf or Princes Wharf, and we will meet you at the main lobby area. Or, we can pre-arrange a pick-up point with you.

Q: How do I guarantee your service?
A: If you pre-pay your booking, your service is guaranteed.

Q: What is the best method of communicating with you?
A: It is best to email us to ensure correct information is communicated, pick-up/drop-off points are correct, and this will also enable us to offer you our best rates.
